I don't know what's up but Haga and Xerox Ducati as a whole is just trash right now. BMW however has come on VERY strong leading laps in both races and really fighting for it.. Corser got 2 brilliant starts to lead from the start. As I expected, Corser tapered off as the race went on and he finished in 5th for race 1. Johny Rea, Leon Camier, James Toseland, and Carlos Checa were fighting hard up front as well. Rea would win it but had to work for it. The whole group swapped placed back and forth for the whole race and it was super close at the end all the way to 6-7th place.
Early on in race 2 and Haga is out. I thought for sure this was his year. Maybe next year then. There are about 8 bikes in a row all up front fighting it out. Right now it's Corser (BMW), Rea (Honda), Haslam (Suzuki), Toseland (Yamaha), and Camier (Aprilia) and then about a bike length to 6th and 7th and then it tapers off as usual. It's crazy this year to see up to about 10 bikes with a legit chance of winning with only a handful of laps left. Usually 3-4 max are off out front. Also nice to see all the different mfgs. out there. Race 2 goes to Rea on the Honda. Corser took 5th again but at least the BMW is consistent at the top.
